G. Masaryk, the first president of the Czechoslovak Republic * Topolčianky bison park with Europe´s largest mammal, the European bison, "a close relative" of more known, the North American buffalo (2,7 meters in length and 1,9 meters in height, the bull can weigh as much as one and a half ton and live as long as 30 years) * National Stud Farm in Topoľčianky, established in 1921, one of the most important breeding centres in all of Europe (Lippizaner, Hucul and Arabian breeds)*
